The Brief

The Federal Bureau of Investigation's Office of Public Affairs selected Wildlife to re-imagine its digital presence as Director James B. Comey took office and began to lead the Bureau forward.

Balancing a web infrastructure with highly sensitive security protocols and requirements, hundreds of thousands of pages of content, numerous stakeholders, an extremely diverse audience, and the inherent challenges in working with a large government organization, Wildlife collaborated in lock step with FBI employees and government contractors to implement a massive UX overhaul.

This culminated in their first responsive website across mobile, tablet and desktop, while addressing the new demands and expectations placed upon the Bureau in the digital age.
